ELEMENTAL YOGA
Classes always connect to a specific season, organ, emotion, body condition, or life cycle.
The theme is accessed in the body through specific sequencing + pranayama, working on the relevant meridians and element.
Single class: targets 1 specific subject and 1 element (therefore 2 meridians).
Serie of classes: For a few classes, the target will be the chosen element/meridians/theme.
As the work unfolds and the balance improves, the following classes will access the support and control cycles, including the “parent” and “grandparent” elements to stabilize the balance in the 1st one.
MODE: These classes can be both live or pre-recorded.
PREFERRED DURATION: 1h30
POSSIBLE DURATION: 1h or 30min daily pills for maintenance.
FREQUENCY: 2 classes per week are usually enough to quickly start to feel deep effects.
MUNZ FLOOR®
Its immersive and unconventional nature + guidance through specific neurolinguistics, make MUNZ FLOOR® classes work particularly well in virtual mode.
Students are guided by voice and do not need to look at the teacher or other students to explore their spirals.
This lack of visual contact allows for a better experience of sensations, improved learning, and greater autonomy.
MODE: These classes work better through online live sessions.

NIDRA & RESTORATIVE
Coming from a frenetic world, the body is not always ready to rest and experience the benefits of active relaxation.
I love combining 20-30 minutes of pranayama and gentle movement practices with 30-40 minutes of Yoga Nidra, to access the full spectrum of active rest.
I tend to use these powerful guided relaxations as a means to navigate the influx of information from the elemental journey into students' minds.
Exploring specific themes and challenging limiting beliefs through the subconscious mind is a powerful tool especially when paired with movement practices targeting the related meridians and emotions.

IN PRESENCE

ELEMENTAL WORKSHOPS & RETREATS: a powerful combination of somatic approaches
In presence workshops and retreats are the best frame for diving deep into the elements within.
These series aim to tap into the wisdom of the energy body, accessing the meridian system and balancing it in the depth of the subtle body through a mindful combination of somatic approaches.
Elemental Yoga (Yang & Yin practices), prānāyāma, Yoga Nidra, and Self Inquiry serve as the primary tools, supporting deep listening and exploration of how these seasonal energies function within us, influencing our health and well-being.
Sustaining alignment with the natural flow of the elements becomes a profoundly therapeutic experience, naturally bringing us back into contact with ourselves, supporting transitions, encompassing the evolution of limits, releasing tensions, transcending old patterns, and recognizing the innate magic of creation flowing within.
Workshops
1 day (focus on 1 element).
Short Retreat
3-4 days (focus on 1 element + balancing through support/control cycles).
Year-Long Program
Since the program is designed to align with the seasons of the year and the periods of transition between one season and the other, I would suggest a retreat of 3/4 days for each of the seasonal time intervals listed here:
4 April – 5 June SPACE element (9 weeks);
6 June – 3 July Earth Element (4 weeks);
4 July – 18 Aug FIRE Element (6,5 weeks);
19 Aug – 6 Ott Earth Element (6 weeks);
7 Ott – 8 Dec AIR Element (9 weeks);
9 Dec – 5 Gen Earth Element (4 weeks);
6 Gen – 8 March WATER Element (9 weeks);
9 March – 3 April Earth Element (4 weeks).
